Coaching Overview
Coaching provides a calm, structured space to think clearly, build capacity, and take meaningful action. I offer a human-centered approach that incorporates the underlying facets of life & work.
How Coaching Works
Coaching is a partnership. We look at the full context of your life—not just the presenting problem—so you can see what’s really happening, try new ways of working and leading, and grow in a way that lasts. This reflects the Integral Coaching approach: we coach the person (not just the issue), support your development with simple practices, and work toward changes that last. Together, we’ll:
Understand Your Context
We start with where you are—what fuels and drains you—and name the deeper themes at play, so we’re working at the level of who you are, not just what you’re trying to fix.
Co-Create the Plan
We design a simple guiding framework and tailored practices that fit your goals and realities, connecting insight to action in your day-to-day.
Practice & Evolve
You try things in real life. We review what happens, learn from it, and refine the plan as new insights emerge. That way, you’re building capacity, not just completing tasks
Trained in the Integral Coaching® methodology (New Ventures West).
You’ll Bring:
A clear coaching topic (this can evolve)

What We’ll Both Bring

Calm, attentive presence and honest questions
A clear structure and tailored practices
Useful distinctions and practical insights
Steady support to help you stay aligned
When Coaching Can Help
-

Working with Purpose
Bringing focus, energy, or meaning to your day‑to‑day.
Coaching helps you align work with what matters and feel more energized in how you show up. We’ll map your context, name what fuels and drains you, and co-create a plan with practices that fit your reality. We’ll keep refining as insights emerge, so momentum lasts.
-

At a Career Crossroads
Preparing for a shift or clarifying what comes next.
We’ll map values and strengths, explore real options, and choose a path with confidence. Together we’ll set decision criteria, test possibilities through conversations and small experiments, and build a grounded plan for what’s next—one that feels fully your own.
-

Authentic Leadership
Your scope, visibility, or complexity of work is growing.
Coaching gives you space to steady your leadership style, stay true to your values, and strengthen how you lead. We’ll work on presence, decision-making, and communication while staying anchored to your values, so you can navigate pressure without losing yourself.

Coaching FAQ
-
Most clients do 60-minute sessions every 1–2 weeks. We’ll choose a rhythm that fits your goals and life.
-
We’ll align on time zone, video/in-person preferences, and a simple rescheduling policy up-front. You’ll get a calendar link to book and move sessions as needed.
-
You’ll try 1–2 simple practices tailored to your plan and context, and we’ll refine as you progress.
-
Coaching is present- and future-oriented. I don’t diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and I won’t tell you what to do. I partner with you to build new ways of seeing and acting in your work and life. If therapy becomes a better support, I’ll recommend you connect with a licensed clinician.
-
We’ll set a clear purpose and outcomes, then track changes in behavior, feeling, and results over the course of the coaching program, incorporating new insights and distinctions as they emerge.
-
Confidentiality and trust are foundational. I follow ICF ethics: we’ll have a clear agreement about what is and isn’t shared, including any sponsor involvement. I won’t disclose session content without your permission unless required by law (e.g., safety or legal obligations).
-
With your permission, I may record sessions and use AI transcription/ notes to help me prepare and stay fully present. It’s optional—you can opt out at any time, and coaching is always fully my own. If you opt in, we’ll document scope, access, storage/retention, and how to withdraw consent.
-
I primarily offer video-based coaching for clients worldwide; in-person available in the NC Triad. We’ll use secure tools and simple norms to make remote sessions smooth.
-
No problem. The coaching program is designed to adapt. We’ll revisit your purpose and outcomes, and revise the plan as needed.
