Working with Me

If you’re at a career crossroads, or wondering whether the “successful” path you’re on is actually yours, coaching offers a steady space to listen for what’s true and move forward with integrity.

How Coaching Works

Coaching is a partnership. Together, we’ll:

See the landscape clearly

We start with what’s happening now: what’s working, what’s not, and the patterns beneath the surface story. This helps name the real tension you're facing, so you can respond from clarity rather than pressure.

Clarify your “True North”

Next, we get specific about what you actually want (not just what’s expected), and what “aligned” means in real-life terms. Often, we capture a written Purpose & Outcomes statement, a compass you can return to as you make decisions.

Shape and practice the path

Then, we translate clarity into lived action: experiments, conversations, boundaries, and practices that fit your context. We pay attention to what happens, learn from it together, and refine, so the change holds under real conditions.

This isn't about forcing a big leap. It's about building clarity you can act on, step-by-step.

The Coaching Engagement

The program runs five to six months, because long-held patterns take time to shift, and the work is built so that the change holds after the program ends. Start with a free 30-minute Discovery Call.

Best for: thoughtful, high-performing people who are doing well by external measures and have started noticing something underneath it. Not a dramatic reinvention. It's about telling the truth sooner, getting clear about what you want, and then acting on it.

Includes:

  • Intake call (60-75 min) to get oriented and set a clear focus

  • Program design review (30 min)

  • 10 biweekly coaching sessions (60 min each)

  • Brief check-ins between sessions by email or text (up to 4 per month, responses within 2 business days)

  • Integration check-in 6 weeks after the program ends (30 min)

Format and duration: Biweekly sessions across five to six months. Remote across the U.S. and internationally, or in person in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad.

Program fee: $2,250

Organizations

I also work with organizations sponsoring coaching for their leaders. Those engagements are structured differently, with sponsor alignment at the start and a closeout at the end, and are scoped to the team. Reach out and we'll set up a conversation.
