The True North Narrative
Most high performers are trained to live a borrowed definition of success—and to keep climbing, even when the cost starts to show.
The True North Narrative helps you come back to what’s already true for you: what you want, what you need, and what you’re no longer willing to trade away. Not a distant destination—an internal orientation you can trust and live week by week.
Direction and aliveness—with clarity you can actually live by.
You’ll walk away with:
A clearer distinction between what’s “impressive” and what’s true
Decision criteria you can stand behind—including the tradeoffs you’re consciously choosing
Small, intentional experiments that translate clarity into lived change
Real-world experience. Coaching with integrity.
I’ve spent years in demanding, high-performance environments—and I’ve lived the tension between doing what’s expected and doing what I knew to be true. I coach because people deserve a space to tell the truth about what they want, and the support to choose a path they can actually live. If you’re navigating a crossroads, we’ll clarify your True North and translate it into action you can stand behind.
Coaching is a practical, forward-moving partnership, grounded in your own direction. We’ll slow down enough to hear what’s true—then translate it into experiments, choices, and practices you can actually live with, week by week.
It’s not about finding the “perfect” answer out in the distance; it’s about trusting the clarity that’s already there, and learning to act on it as life moves.
What is coaching?
Why I Coach
I used to believe the answers were “out there”—in the next role, the next rung, the next big move. Through being coached (and becoming a coach), I learned that real change starts when we stop living a borrowed definition of success and begin trusting what we already know to be true. I coach because people deserve space to clarify their True North—and the support to live it with direction and aliveness.
When Coaching Can Help
A few common starting points. If one resonates, we’ll shape the work around what matters to you—and your real life.
You’re successful on paper—but something feels off.
You’ve checked the boxes. Maybe you’re even thriving—which makes it harder to explain. But inside, something isn’t landing: the work feels heavier, the wins feel quieter, and you can’t shake the question: Is this really it? You want space to decide what’s true for you—before committing to what comes next.
You can feel the next chapter… but you can’t see the path.
You have a direction that feels real—maybe a pivot, a different kind of work, something more you—but it also feels hard to reach from where you’re standing. You’re tired of endless overthinking. You want clarity you can trust—and a way to take next steps without blowing up your life.
You reached the next level—and it’s harder to stay yourself.
More responsibility. More visibility. More pressure. You still want to perform at a high level, but the pace—and the unspoken expectations—are starting to pull you away from what matters. You want ambition with boundaries—and a way to show up that still feels like you.
Wherever you’re starting, we’ll clarify your True North and shape a way forward you can actually live.
